Welcome to GoProAi’s “Picture Day with Santa” event. This is a one-time free event held on November 21, 2024, at Lakeside. By participating in this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.1 Participation: Parents or legal guardians who wish to have their child photographed with Santa Claus must complete a registration form providing their name, email, and phone number.
1.2 Photo Consent: By completing registration, you consent to GoProAi photographing your child for the purposes of this event. Photos taken will be stored securely and will only be accessible by the registered parent or guardian. These photos are for personal use only and will not be used for marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes by GoProAi.
1.3 Opt-Out Option: Parents may opt out of their child being photographed by notifying GoProAi staff on the day of the event. Opting out will result in no photographs being taken of the child.
1.4 Photo Limitations: Each child is eligible for one photograph. Editing requests or additional photos are not available for this event.
2.1 Account Creation and Access: Photos will be made available to parents through a free account on MeetSanta.ai. Parents must create an account using the email provided during registration. Upon creating an account, parents will receive login credentials to access their child’s photo.
2.2 Delivery Timeframe: Photos will be available for download within 10 business days following the event.
2.3 Optional Features: While access to the photo is free, additional features and services may be available for purchase within the MeetSanta.ai platform.
3.1 Data Collection: GoProAi collects parent/guardian name, email, and phone number for registration and account access purposes only. This information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
3.2 Data Handling: All personal data and photos are managed solely by GoProAi and are stored on secure servers. GoProAi does not use or share personal information for any marketing or promotional purposes without explicit consent.
4.1 Assumption of Risk: By participating in this event, parents and guardians acknowledge that they are voluntarily allowing their child to participate and assume any potential risk associated with attendance.
4.2 Limitation of Liability: GoProAi is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or issues that may occur during the event. Parents and guardians agree to hold GoProAi harmless for any incidents that may arise.
4.3 Health and Safety: There are no specific COVID-19 or other health protocols required for this event. Participants are encouraged to exercise personal judgment regarding health precautions.
By registering for the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. GoProAi reserves the right to modify or cancel the event at any time.
